With experience spanning multinational transformation, cross-border structuring, and institutional governance frameworks, David works closely with boards, founders, and executive teams to ensure financial infrastructure supports disciplined decision-making, controlled expansion, and long-term value creation.

Tanaka Dzimiri FCCA, MSc Co-Founder  |  Head of Finance and Advisory Tanaka is a senior finance professional with over 10 years' experience working across strategic finance, FP&A, external reporting, audit, tax, financial controls, business partnering, and finance transformation.

She has a proven track record across Big 4, real estate, professional services and UAE SME advisory environments.

Tanaka is experienced at leading finance functions for multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional businesses while being a strong commercial finance partner to founders and senior leadership teams. She translates complex financial data into clear insight that supports growth, profitability, governance, and decision-making.
